Fake News Tab stuck on Processing stage

Hi,

Please bare with me as I am new to Linux but keen to learn.

I have managed to successfully onboard my system to the Nunet network (Windows 10; VirtualBox - Ubuntu). This was using the excellent tutorial provided by R from Stoic Pool (ADA/London).

However, on installing the Fake News browser extension (Chrome), it stays on processing and I cannot get a result. I have identified there were some issues with the final command: npm run build;

Build failed with error code: 1

Please help with advice on this error / any further advice on system set up / calibration in order to run the commands and set up the browser extension successfully.

Thanks.

I knew I’d missed something obvious: sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade managed to solve the issue. I’ll leave this here in case any other noobs like me struggle with setting up the Browser Extension.
